Into week 2 :)

Okay, so I am slacking a little this week. I had a day off. I mean come on, it was past busy day yesterday. 10pm when we sat down last night. And I had a whisky, thought I’d be okay as we also ate late, but nope. Bit of a headache this morning.

So yeah a day off. Not that I seemed to do much. By the time we were up it was already late. Hubby got some outside things done, and I edited for a while before I had my Skype session with EJ, wanted two this week as Chap 10 is a pretty tough one. A huge space battle. 🙂 so fun, but tough.

Tomorrow I am heading out to the https://www.facebook.com/wellnesscentre.westlancs?ref=ts&fref=ts

I joined a gym last time only to have to stop because of a sprained ankle. So, I’m trying something different this time around. Mum and I are booked in for a trial and talk through at 10am so I will defo have lots to report from there.

I am hoping it’s a more reactive training that just going to the gym, they use toning machine and do have other treadmills and stuff at the back. So, I think I should be able to get in a good hour, hopefully not each day though, perhaps 3x a week. I guess it will have to depend. I want to make sure I don’t neglect the birds, so it will have to be worked around them, hubby and my editing. Wow, sounds like I will be pretty busy, but I have to make the change, and going back to work should help lots too.

Mum has plans for Friday so I’m really enjoying my last week off. 🙂

Enjoying my last two weeks :)

Well, kinda have to make the most of it don’t I 🙂

Thankfully Eon paid up my latest solar panel cash. Meant I wasn’t begging to get my car back on the road till the end of the month. So insured and will tax it on Friday, wasn’t really wanting too, as we’re part way through it, but hey ho. All is good.

Been out today, to Wigan to get the birds some more pellets. I really am trying to wean Bobby onto them properly, getting him off the seed and onto it, but he doesn’t like his bowl full of just pellets. Sigh.

There was a lovely Senegal in there, 1yr old, very friendly. Just wanted me to pick him up and cuddle him. This made me really sad. Owner had to move suddenly and get rid of her cats and the bird. She must have been heartbroken. I know I would be.

Such a lovely little chap. And such a shame.

Been really knocking on with editing for TSK, but even though I know I am half way over the hurdle, I still do have a fair bit to go. I’m really happy with it’s progress even if it’s slower than I wanted. Better to get it right than to rush.

Settling in for a relaxing evening, been to the village for a walk, all animals happy. Have a good one everyone. Catch you soon.

Almost 10,000 views.

Come on people, make my new year a fab one, and I might even do something really nice for the 10,000 viewer. Let me know who you are in the post below and I’ll see what creative delight I can sort for you.

Writing has gone very well today, I’m so pleased with things at present. This will be the best year ever. I know it.

heheheh

A new year, a new start. Onwards :)

Happy new year indeed to everyone.

I’ve seen my ‘report’ come through from word press on my blog. It’s always really interesting to see how many people have viewed your site over the year.

I’ve also seen lots of people publish theres. So here are some interesting facts about mine.

  • I started this blog in January of 2012. So it’s technically 2 year old. Although it has posts now going back to 1994.  I posted for a couple of months but then stopped, only really starting up again in Oct of that year. I had 3,791 views.

  • My best ever viewing was 248 in one day, in Oct 2012 when I started back up again. I think this was due to posting all my blogs from other websites. Must have been interesting.

  • In 2013 I’ve had 6,091 almost double the views. With the most views being on Jan 1st at 113 and that was also my most successful month at 1,186 views. I am going to have to try and emulate that one this year.

  • I also have 565 comments, and viewers from 68 countries.

These are great statistics, and I wouldn’t be here without all of you, so thanks. I’m very pleased, and I hope my blog does continue to grow. Along with the wonderful friends I’ve made along the way.

2014 is going to be a wonderful year. I’m very honoured to share it with you all.

Wishing everyone all the best for 2014 :)

This won’t be a long one, as I am still pretty much under the weather. Like everyone else we all reflect on the things that happen and the things we’ve been through.

In 2013, I met some of the best people ever. You all know who you are. And for me the most wonderful Coach/editor, in EJ Runyon. Who has helped me attain one of my best writing achievements, TSK is almost half way there. The process seems to some to be long. But I’m primarily a scriptwriter working really hard on my debut novel. It’s goals are high, because of the TV series already penned and in time I know I will see those goals come to fruition. Through the support of these people, I am 100% sure next year will be awesome.

One of the hardest thing I did was break my arm. It itself had a lot of setbacks. Mostly financially, but emotionally too. I’m on the mend and looking forward to heading back to work after this long hiatus. What it did teach me once again is that there are some friends out there who really matter. And again others who are by the by. It is life, and we learn by the things throw our way.

I am very thankful for the people who have been there for me. My husband the most 🙂

So, all the best to 2014 and may it bring us all what we wish for.
