And yeah, second week in work, so had to go back to the gym. š Feeling all worked out and refreshed now. Although I did take it a little easier on myself. Couldn’t go hell for leather like I did last week and hurt my hip again, it’s counter productive. So gentle back into it is the way to go.
Couple of thing I need to do today before I can totally chill out. So, I’d better get on with it, gee wiz no rest for the wicked at all.
